A rare find actually, no hype. It is a rare find. Im sure we can agree on this. Question I received: Has it always been kept in the zippered pouch?

Yes, zipped shut in the pouch since 1998. Except of course the 2-3 or 4 times maybe, I opened it to admire it. Thats it though since 1998. So please recognize its current 2021 fair market value and compensate me for that amount - being as close to what I paid in 1998, in comparable 2021 dollars. Several of you out there can afford to do this without any personal financial impact.

To simply be fair about it. Brand New (true, never even hooked up) Audio-Technica AT825 Stereo Mic Field Rec. Never got to use it. It traveled by jet (with luggage) from Boston to Winnepeg for the 1998 Folk Festival, where I was supposed to be able to film with free roam.

A dispute ensued and it was chauked up as a huge misunderstanding between my bonafide officially unofficial festival-photographer friend and festival management. Hed done several Winnipeg Folk Festivals, and theyd published many of his photos through those years.

I'd expected to film and edit a Winnepeg Folk Festival movie. Nstead, all these years on my shelf, to me it has served as a reminder of that over-the-top special effort I'd made- however futile. Now it can be yours. One of the very, very best in its class. Never been hooked up (plugged in). I think youll agree that its fair to presume it works fine. NEW, most assuredly never used. That WFF life-changing event literally overnight turned several of my lifes then-current plans upside down.

I'm now 68 btw. Truth is sometimes stranger than fiction. Please do not waste your time thinking otherwise.

I couldnt live with myself if this were a lie. Audio-Technica AT825 Stereo Condenser Field Recording Balanced XLR.
