A high quality RCA Phono to Female XLR lead manufactured using Sommers SC Classique microphone cable, finished in a Yellow Vintage braid or and terminated with a Switchcraft Gold plated RCA and Neutrik Gold plated Female XLR. An elegant and great sounding combination of components.

These leads are cleverly wired to improve the signal quality when connecting a balanced device such as a microphone to an unbalanced phono input, such as a DJ mixer. To do this we use a 2 core and screen cable, and wire the unused pin inside the XLR to the ground inside the RCA.

Not only is it clad with a 60's style yellow tweed fabric but it offers excellent sound quality, with a vibrant tone that stands out against other leads. The tin plated copper braid gives this cable excellent shielding from electro magnetic interference and its tough PVC outer jacket will ensure that it lasts. All AC mains products conform to BS 7671 wiring regulations and are tested by qualified technicians trained to City & Guilds 2377 standards. We take waste and our impact on the environment very seriously. All of our plastic and cardboard waste is separated and collected on a monthly basis.

We try to keep packaging to a minimum and try to re-use packaging materials where possible, so please do not be upset if your order arrives in a second-hand box! Please keep your bubble wrap for Christmas and re-use boxes where you can. If you wish to return unwanted cable and connectors then please do so, we are happy to recycle them on your behalf.
