Comes with original power supply and box. Phantom power button will not engage if pushed slow. If Pushed quickly, it works as it should. And I dont mean hard.

Since I bought it few years ago. I was thinking to replace the switch , and could do it myself, but never did it because It worked the way it is for me. Very nice sounding preamp, just dont need it anymore!
