This mic apparently came from a harsh working environment. I have opened this mic to check inside, and it is very clean internally; the adhesive is only on the outside. This mic uses a 5 Pin cable (not included) and requires phantom power of 9-52 volts for each mic channel. Mic has a selector for low frequency roll-off (on or flat) and a Mid/Side // L/R Normal // L/R Wide selector for the stereo imaging. No cables or accessories or case are included.
